What is a robot?  How is it controlled…..or does it make its own decisions?

Robotics are becoming an ever-increasing part of our World.  This high-level course investigates how robots work and documents the development of their technology.  It explores modern applications within industry.

To consolidate their learning, students will take part in the construction and development of a team of robots, teaching them to complete a variety of tasks and experiments.

A Presentation to Parents at the end of the course will take the form of a practical demonstration and an answer to the question “What is a robot?”
